We are based in San Francisco, with offices in New York, Boston, and Chicago. \n Primary Responsibilities:The Executive Vice President, Health Practice Lead position is a unique career-building opportunity to lead and grow our efforts for our dynamic clients in medtech, pharma, digital health and life sciences. As a senior member of our leadership team, the Executive Vice President, Health Practice Lead, will be a visionary with 15+ years of experience growing teams, expanding offerings, and delighting clients. The individual will also play a key role in strategic acquisitions, drive new business development for the health practice, support agency infrastructure and drive key business cornerstones forward.  The right leader will serve as a mentor, coach, and creative, strategic spark for all health teams, providing guidance on client management, staff development, and strategy. If you're a builder, a problem-solver and want to bring integrated solutions forward that help patients and providers, get in touch.  EVP Job Responsibilities Include:Lead the health practice and team with purposeful direction to achieve strategic growth and distinction in the market.Serve as a strategic partner to clients and direct programs that help them meet their business goals Build and nurture client relationships and grow business by providing leadership, direction and strategic guidance to colleagues, day-to-day teams, and senior-level clientsOversee practice group revenue by managing the ebb and flow of accounts and budgets to meet growth goals for the practice.Generate organic revenue within existing clients by taking a broad view of the entire marketing and communications mix and offering strategic recommendations to expand the scope of work or bring new services to clients.Identify and lead new business pitches to bring in new clients to meet growth goals.Stay ahead of the shifts in the healthcare environment and guide teams and clients.Work with integrated teams to provide clients with seamless multi-channel solutions utilizing traditional PR, digital, and social media to deliver maximum performance and results.Promote a high-performance and continuous improvement culture that values learning and a commitment to quality.Manage, mentor, and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach consistently.Monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, and conduct annual performance reviews.Represent Highwire and key clients at high-level industry events, seminars, and conferences as required to maintain professional development and to build networking and new business contacts.
