Executive Vice President

The Greater Cleveland Association of Building Owners and Managers (BOMA) is seeking an enthusiastic and influential Executive VP to join our team in Cleveland, OH! This position is responsible for developing and implementing member attraction and retention strategies, major sponsorship programs, and non-dues revenue initiatives. What we can offer you: $80-120k/year, dependent on experience Hours: M-F; 8-5. Occasional evening and /or weekend. Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement Plan PTO Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall management of the Association's activities and office. Work to increase membership in the Association and to widen the Association's influence Handle official correspondence on behalf of the Association, sign official documents, and make legally binding decisions and agreements Assess and review the work of other employees for the efficient operation of the Association Work in concert with other organizations with shared concerns to leverage the effectiveness of Association activities Report on the status and performance of the company's projects to the Chairman and Board of Directors Serve as the stimulus for innovation by and progress of the Association Monitor changing industry trends and adapt the Association's goals and projects to reflect these trends and appeal to the target demographic Qualifications: High school education required Certified Association Executive (CAE) preferred Must have experience in running an association/business Must have a sales and/or financial background Must be reliable and a good critical thinker Apply with an updated resume today to join our team!
