Job Description Great Opportunity for Admin Assistant With HOA/Condo Experience!

Supports the Board of Directors and the Property Manager on site with any delegated administrative, financial and operational tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from board members, residents, vendors & property manager
•Rental agreements for clubhouse rentals
•Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills with extreme attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication
•Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues
•Create and close work order requests (landscape & Irrigation)
•Follow up on all assignments and work orders delegated to vendors and maintenance staff as to status, expected completion date
•Answering phones, email correspondence
•Data entry, filing, issuing photo identifications & barcodes for vehicles
•Coordinate with community information, notices and updates
•New Homeowner orientations and any duties assigned by the property manager

Full-Time Mon-Fri 8:30a-5:00p

Pay Rate: up to $23 DOE
