Right at Home Coachella Valley - We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant at Right at home Coachella Valley.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience from check-in to departure.Tasks: Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes. Maintain an organized and inviting front desk area. Answering phones, email, and in-person with a courteous and professional demeanor. Address guest concerns promptly and collaborate with other staff to enhance guest satisfaction. Assist all Administrative departments. Assist with administrative tasks in including filing and data entry. Conduct Client introductory to Caregivers on rotating weekends and during the week as needed. Assist with ordering offices supplies and stocking them in the supply room. Assist with preparing for Team Meetings and events.


Qualifications: Previous customer service experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation software. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
