Believe in nice.Pay: Commission 7.5% on individual repair order gross parts and labor plus spiffs/bonuses -according to terms of pay plan, with average total monthly compensation of $9200 and increased earnings potential based on total individual service sales.Paid Time Off: We believe a healthy work life balance is crucial to an individual's success, which is why we are proud to offer some of the most competitive PTO compensation in the industry. Additionally, the Company offers a competitive 401k plan to assist employees with future retirement and financial planning.Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 5 paid holidays per year to Service Advisor subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.Responsibilities * Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.Writes up customers' vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.Establishes 'promised time.' Checks with team foreman, if necessary.Obtains customer's signature on repair order; provides customer with a copy.Checks on the progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization is noted.
