Experienced Business Tax Associate

Overview
At Intuit, we are seeking an experienced Business Tax Associate to provide expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax and technical terms to our customers.
This role involves managing complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations, and shaping the direction of our newest product offering, TurboTax Live Business.

What you'll bring 3+ years of recent business tax preparation experience Minimum 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience Ability to commit to a minimum schedule of 20 hours/week throughout the tax season Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation strongly preferred Experience preparing Business Tax returns for service industry customers preferred Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) Working knowledge of Circular 230 Proficient with technology and computer operations Strong customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills How you will lead This is a virtual, customer-facing role using state-of-the-art video communications software Assist TurboTax Business customers with tax advice, full service business return preparation, product/software inquiries, tax calculations, and filing tax extensions Create high quality customer interactions and experiences Utilize resources and expertise to deliver the right answers to customers Document customer interactions and work towards meeting company key performance metrics
