Experienced Business Tax Preparer

Overview We are seeking an experienced business tax preparer to provide expert guidance and tax preparation services to our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations, as well as extensive experience in preparing and filing business and personal tax returns.
This is a virtual, customer-facing role, requiring strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools.

Responsibilities Provide tax advice and full-service business return preparation Interact with customers using state-of-the-art video communication software Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customer inquiries Document customer interactions and work towards meeting company key performance metrics Requirements 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation strongly preferred Must possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria Must reside in the United States
