Experienced Business Tax Preparer - Virtual Role

As an Experienced Business Tax Preparer, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of tax laws to assist customers using our cutting-edge TurboTax Live Business product.

Responsibilities Provide tax advice and preparation services for business tax returns, including for Partnerships and S Corporations.
Deliver high-quality customer interactions while using state-of-the-art video communication software.
Utilize your expertise in business tax preparation to create positive and confident customer experiences.
Document customer interactions and contribute to meeting company performance metrics.
Participate in pilot testing and projects as required.
Requirements At least 3 years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns for compensation, using commercial tax preparation software.
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience strongly preferred.
Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours per week throughout the tax season.
Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation preferred.
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and knowledge of Circular 230 required.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Dedicated hardwired internet connection and residence in the United States.
