Blackbird Agency is looking to hire a Colorado-based senior account manager. This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial and experienced agency professional. The role is work-from-home or hybrid, depending on location. Some travel required.  Location COLORADO , some travel required, work from home or hybrid. Blackbird Agency is looking for an experienced account and relationship manager with a big personality and a passion for creative marketing solutions. You should have expertise across multiple channels and platforms both paid and owned, including but not limited to digital advertising, social media, website creation and management, email marketing, search engine marketing, and other more traditional channels such as print, out-of-home, events and public relations. We're hoping to find someone who will help lead our clients and internal teams to develop remarkable campaigns and creative solutions for tricky marketing challenges. Is it you? CLIENT PARTNER A Blackbird Agency Client Partner should be an experienced marketing professional focused on strategic growth of client relationships, execution of client deliverables and management of our clients' experience with Blackbird Agency. This role serves as the first line of contact with our large and high opportunity clients. She/he will identify client needs and work to provide thoughtful solutions with measurable results. This position requires creativity, critical thinking, attention to detail, deep understanding of client business, exceptional people skills and an extremely proactive mindset. A Client Partner is able to manage the workload across a number of cross-functional team members. You should have a big personality and a passion for creative marketing solutions. You should have expertise across multiple channels and platforms, including but not limited to digital advertising, social media, website design, email marketing, search engine marketing, and other more traditional platforms such as print, out-of-home, events and public relations. You will be required to help lead teams to think bigger and do better for our clients every day. Day to Day Responsibilities Lead key client meetings, engaging in strategic discussions and understanding client needs Work with team members to transform knowledge of client business objectives and opportunities into creative solutions Know our capabilities and explain our services to clients so they understand our creative toolkit Dynamically present agency recommendations through both written and live presentation Capture client feedback in a structured manner and translate it into requirements and suggestions, so that it can be shared with team members to drive action against client needs Handle client escalations Work across multiple marketing disciplines to bring together solutions that meet client objectives Maintain thorough knowledge of the client's business, competitors, audience and industry in order to proactively contribute ideas and solutions Be knowledgeable about and stay current on marketing trends, tools, and new thinking that can be applied to developing new creative ideas for our clients Proactively identify opportunities for growth of our business within existing clients Understand and be accountable for financial stewardship of our clients and steward the profitability of our clients for the health of Blackbird agency Performance Measures The first key performance metric is client satisfaction and delivery on scope of work, measured in annual surveys with clients and ad hoc feedback from clients. The second key performance metric is growth of existing accounts, either through expansion or deepening the existing relationship, or from incremental growth from referrals.
