Are you an upbeat, energetic, dog-loving, people- person? Our ideal customer service candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.  They must be able to convey a lot of information clearly and accurately to customers. They must be able to multi-task and have great attention to detail. Everyday tasks include making appointments, checking dogs in and out, recording instructions for feeding and boarding, keeping our customers happy, upselling services and selling retail products.
You'll be expected to be on your feet most of the day. You should be proactive and self-motivated. Flexible availability! Weekends and holidays  are our busiest times and are REQUIRED! Must work well as a team and independently **Excellent attendance – the dogs and your team depend on you -must be 18+ and have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
