What You'll AchieveResearcher: Define, track, and analyze key growth metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.Planner & Innovator: Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities based on data analysis, market insights, and user feedback.Growth Hacker & Team Player: Generate and convert insights into business results through collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and marketing).Experimenter: Create and monitor A/B tests to optimize product features and enhance user experience.Owner: Take ownership of business results and effectively communicate growth initiatives to stakeholders and team members.Fast Learner: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continued growth and success of our products.Skills You'll Need To Bring3-8 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, product analytics, or a similar role in the internet industry. Relevant background in short video/creation tools/creator economy is preferred.Hands-on experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making.Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and comfortable collaborating with teammates in the US time zone.Strong ownership, entrepreneurship, and a passion for driving growth through innovative strategies.Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Looker) is preferred.Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Optimizely or Google Optimize) is preferred.
