Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator

BC Development is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator with experience using GPS-enabled equipment.
We are a tight-knit, and fast-paced team that is in need of operators for residential and small commercial land development projects in the East Valley.
Skilled operators who display good leadership and team work ethic may have the potential for growth and promotion within the team.Equipment we use include blade, wheel loader, skip loader, scraper, skid steer, excavators, water truck.Requirements:Positive attitude and desire to excelThe qualified candidate must have experience operating on GPS-enabled equipment.Proficiency in reading plans is requiredClean driving record requiredIn-depth knowledge of all the heavy equipment we use is required, including: Wheel Loader, Skip Loader, Excavators, Skid Steer, Blade, Scraper, Gannon, and other specialized equipment.Mechanical/maintenance skill is a plusMaintain a safe and clean work environmentMust pass pre-employment and subsequent random drug screeningsAt BC Development, we prioritize work-life balance, and therefore, we never mandate our employees to work on weekends (although it is optional).
