**Description**
**Basic Function**
We are looking for a creative and organized individual that can prepare food to the executive chef's specifications in a fast paced, high volume kitchen.
**Responsibilities**
Set up and maintain cooking stations by cleaning and restocking.
Work closely with others preparing and ensuring that food comes out at the highest quality in a timely manner.
Requires ability to follow verbal directions from Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Keep area clean by following sanitation and safety standards.
**Requirements**
Texas Food Handlers Certification a must.
2+ years of Line Cooking a must.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to withstand heat from appliances.
**Working Relationships**
Reports to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef
Maintains and promotes a positive and cooperative work relationship with all resort
departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
