Buildingstars is hiring 10+ full-time, remote customer service reps to make outbound business to business (B2B) phone calls to potential clients.
Your goal is to build rapport with the client to get them to schedule sales appointments with our outside sales team.
We provide you the software and the prospects and the training for you to be successful!
Eligible States - While this is a remote position, you must live and work in Illinois to be considered for this position.
Your hourly rate will be $13.00/hour (plus bonus) until you reach 15 appointments.
Thereafter, your hourly rate will increase to $15.00/hour, plus bonus and commissions!
Essential Duties Include: Cold call prospects and past customers to generate interestSchedule appointments for Outside Sales TeamsDocument and track calls and interactions with potential customersEmail marketing material to interested customersAttend and contribute to weekly virtual meetings with outside sales team Desired Skills and Experience: High school diploma or GEDPrior experience with CRM software; Gmail and Google work productsAbility to manage intranet tabs simultaneously1+ years of experience with outbound B2B sales/appointment setting in a call-center environmentProven history of success in exceeding sales quotas WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
