We are seeking exceptional individuals who are passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.
This is Regular Full Time position.
As a Pastry Cook you will be responsible for: Preparing quality pastry items such as breakfast items, desserts, breads, ice cream, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, amenities, displays, centerpieces and special request items.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely.
Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.
Meet with the Culinary Team to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of two years' experience as Pastry Cook Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
