All About YOU You're a great communicator. You explain things well, and the people around you love that you're never condescending about it. You've been in plumbing for three years or more. You're not afraid of tricky plumbing problems, and you're competitive. And when you know a plumbing issue can't be fixed with a repair alone, you know when to recommend installs to customers instead As a Service Plumber, you'll: Perform diagnostic repair service calls. When someone's plumbing is wreaking havoc, you'll swoop in to save the day! Address customer concerns. You'll make friends. And you'll get paid for it. Sometimes, people get a bit stressed when their plumbing is acting up, but you know just the words to say to put them at ease! You'll make sure they're happy and confident in you and in Morris-Jenkins. Hand off larger repairs to plumbing installers. You can focus on the things you do best and leave the big, time-consuming installs (water heater replacements, re-pipes, etc.) to the plumbing installation team. That way, you can move on to your next call, where you can let your strengths shine! Some Highlights of the Job You'll get up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus!* You'll have year-round stability with available overtime. Multiple Shifts Available! You'll have NO on call , and every 5 weeks, you get a 5-day weekend! You won't have a boss yelling at you here. You'll be shown respect! We have several different paths experienced Service Plumbers can take based on their skills and personal preferences. We give out bonuses , and everyone receives ongoing training *The $10,000 sign-on bonus will be paid in two lump sums added to your regular paycheck. The first $3,000 will be made when you're hired, and the remaining $7,000 will be paid on the first pay day after you've reached 90 days of employment.

3+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless, filtration, gas lines, gas logs, and drain cleaning Preferred Qualifications: Prior leadership experience Valid North Carolina Plumbing Contractor or Journeyman License Valid South Carolina LLR Plumbing Contractor License Valid South Carolina MASC Master Plumber Certification Experience in Residential Plumbing, particularly with drain, sewer, water & gas line installation and retrofit Experience with service of tank-less water heaters and water filtration systems Knowledge of drain machines, camera & locator equipment Preferred Qualifications:
