Overview: Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season.

Who You Are: A minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing our brand.
Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools.
What You Need: Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Dedicated hardwired Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
What You Will Do: Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products with tax advice, full service return preparation, and managing product inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide the right answers using everyday language.
Interact with customers through state-of-the-art video communication software and maintain accurate records of interactions.
