Training Manager
The Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
This role involves managing the sales recruitment and on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for the new hires and continuous development of existing staff.
Key Responsibilities Help recruit new talent for the sales department Implement and host on-boarding for new employees store wide Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure all on-boarding materials are up to date and relevant Assess training needs of staff Deliver training programs tailored to various levels and personalities of employees Facilitate training sessions Perform assessments of employees needs and implement improvements based off performance Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the company Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback Hosting training's for Engage, Product knowledge, Toyota Certification, CRM, ETHOS, GSFS, sales process, and others as needed Qualifications High school Diploma required Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field 3 plus years in management or training related fields Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored programs Strong organizational and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Fluent in IOS and Windows Strong ability to plan and organize Able to adapt to changes in technology and learn new systems Physical Demands
