Irby-Overton Veterinary Hospital is currently hiring for a full-time Experienced Vet Tech to assist the vet with all procedures and take care of animals in the Mobile, AL area. This animal care position earns a competitive wage of $12 - $14 per hour depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY As an Experienced Vet Tech, you play a critical role at our practice by helping provide excellent care to each pet that comes through our doors. You do this by providing food and water, administering treatments, gathering health information, and providing advice to pet owners. Working closely with the veterinarian, you assist with all procedures. You ensure that all equipment is clean and sanitized. Using your excellent customer service skills, you also work with clients by handling the admission and discharging of patients as well as doing some scheduling. You feel good about using your skills to help our patients feel better and happier !
