Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Export Coordinator. Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Neenah, WI As an Export Coordinator , you will be:
· Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution to order inquiries and various questions or issues.
· Responsible for utilizing SAP and SED to complete and maintain accurate order and material information obtained from Procurement, vendors, and other sources.
· Responsible for ensuring all required export documents are complete and accurate, as well as correctly and timely transmitted to appropriate parties.
· Responsible for working effectively with customers, vendors, warehouse team and carriers to complete and schedule shipments according to delivery date requirements.
The ideal candidate will have :
· Must have SAP experience.
· Experience with exporting goods is highly desirable.
· Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
· Previous success as customer service, logistics or procurement operations associates are preferred.
