Leading process improvement efforts and adoption to new technology/capability rollouts.
(Collaborating)

Evaluating plan against expected output and past performance then engaging in conversations to call out risk.
Role modeling a positive and productive work environment, and coaching peers to do the same.
(Qualification Requirements)
3+ years of inventory management experience in a retail and/or food & beverage.
Prior or recent experience with in-store replenishment is highly considered.
Inventory management system / software knowledge (i.e., o9, MMS, and/or Oracle BI is very highly considered)
Ability to learn new process and systems very.
Ability to work collaboratively with various other functions within supply chain – the Break pack space is new and a big unlock for the business which makes it exciting but also means its hectic and as a result will require someone with strong relationship building skills to partner with the broader cross functional teams.
Ability to independently learn and execute – In full transparency I'm not super knowledgeable about the space yet.
While we will certainly have resources on the team that are and that can help support/ramp, this candidate will need to be fairly self sufficient in terms of seeking out the knowledge needed to execute.
Technically and data savvy – the planning logic/parameters that we utilize are fairly complex.
Planning roles in my experience are either more sales focused or system/supply chain focused, this posting is definitely more supply chain/system oriented.
