This individual will play a pivotal role in assisting the Data Strategy team in developing and executing data-driven initiatives. The primary responsibility will be to support the strategic use of data to drive business decisions, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver actionable insights. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the effective implementation of data strategies and the seamless integration of data analytics into the organization's decision-making processes.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives. Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders. Data Strategy Implementation: Support the development and implementation of data strategy initiatives in alignment with business goals. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data infrastructure meets the needs of strategic projects. Participate in data governance activities, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide support in leveraging data for decision-making. Act as a liaison between the Data Strategy team and other business units, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Provide training and support to team members on data tools, analytics platforms, and best practices. Project Management: Assist in managing data strategy projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular updates to the Data Strategy Manager. Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and strategy. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions to enhance data strategy effectiveness. Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture within the organization. Additional duties as assigned REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data strategy and analytics. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in a related field. Experience in a data strategy or analytics role within a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail). Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Certification in data analytics or related disciplines (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
