ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Administer roles, access and permissions to Tableau Sites in Tableau Online Build worksheets, dashboards and data sources in Tableau Desktop Build workflows in Alteryx to load data from xls, csv to load to Postgres database and workflows to load from Postgres DB views to Tableau server as hyper files. Build workflows in Alteryx to export data from Oracle DB to Tableau site as hyper files on Tableau Server Utilize Presto to connect Postgres DB to Tableau Online for reporting data Utilize Postgres SQL to build schemas, roles, tables and views Assigning Postgres roles to tables, views and schemas for access, modify and creation Move files to Amazon S3 bucket for data import into EIM Build Alteryx workflows to alter, clean and consolidate data to be loaded from SplashBI, Oracle DB, Denodo, csv, xslx and txt files into Postgres database Build and assist building 100's of Alteryx workflows to facilitate loading DELPHI data into EIM Configure Alteryx server to schedule workflows, allow for coordination within team in Collections so all team members can share, allow others to run and view workflows loaded to the Collections Work with FAA Alteryx and Tableau Admin teams to look for ways to make Alteryx and Tableau more efficient and better use of resources REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's or master's degree Existing FAA badge Expertise in 'hard joins' and combining PRISM and Delphi data 10+ years of experience with SQL queries (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Postgres, MYSQL, etc) Advanced Excel skills PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Denodo, Starburst EIM SQL, and Oracle EBS is desirable Knowledge of maintaining CMMI ML3 for development is a plus SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/SECURITY CLEARANCE Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
