We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work on-site with one of the largest private employers in the Baltimore metropolitan area that was also recognized as one of the top 20 employers in the state of Maryland In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Senior Project Manager.
Your role will ensure smooth project operations, manage documentation and facilitate communication between various stakeholders.
APPLY TODAY salary: $21.99 - $22 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM education: Associate Responsibilities Assist the Senior Project Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date Help coordinate project activities by tracking progress, updating schedules, and communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing action items Enter and update project information in relevant databases and project management software Act as a liaison between the Senior Project Manager and other departments or external partners, ensuring precise and timely communication Handle office supplies, equipment, and other administrative needs as required Requirements: High School Diploma, required; Associates Degree, preferred 2+ years experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the construction industry Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Ebuilder) is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail Skills Confidentiality Multi-tasking Communication Oral Communication Handling Confidential Information Preparing Agendas Organization Prioritizing Organizational Skills Written Communication Decision Making Working Independently Creating Presentations Maintaining Calendars Google for Business Suite Microsoft Office Phones Scheduling Scheduling Appointments Project Management Administrative Duties Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
