Job Title: Facilities Tech Position Summary/Purpose:
This position is a culmination of different shop tasks ranging from organization, shop detail, and assistance to Facilities Trades, ranging from order pick up, parts and tool delivery and soft assistance in work order management.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities/Essential Functions: Assistance with organization of tools and equipment.
Cleaning and shop detail.
Pick up orders from off-site vendors and deliver parts and tools to technicians in the field.
Assist Supervisors with work order distinction.
Assist project coordinator with projects, organization and or administrative tasks.
Equipment Used and Responsibility: MS Office MS Excel PowerPoint Visio Tool Operation Qualifications: Driver's License needed.
Exceptional ability to organize information and pay attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Willingness to learn tool operation.
Willingness to learn Microsoft Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Experience/Education:
