Facilities Manager

Your new company Hays Facilities Management team are partnered with an industry leader in shipping and supplies, and they are looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to join their team in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Your new role Your responsibilities include:
Oversee and manage all facilities' maintenance activities.Responsible for financial and budget planning, capital expenses and projects.Management of 3rd party vendors to maximize cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Provide leadership and hands-on management of facilities staffs including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers.Conduct audit and inspect buildings, sites and equipment for repair, maintenance work.
What you'll need to succeed Must have a 4-year bachelor's degree, with a preference of Master's.10+ years of experience managing large warehouses or distribution centers (over 1M SQFT).Strong industry knowledge and experience with CMMS, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Conveyor systems and so on.Experience managing large budgets exceeding $5M.Must pass pre-employment assessments, background and drug test.
