Facilities Manager Full Time Days, Monday - Friday, 40+ hours per week
Asbury Place Maryville is currently seeking a Facilities Manager for a Full Time position.

What will I do as a Facilities Manager? Assign technicians work orders and create completion schedules. Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions, and labor accountability. Direct and Supervise technicians throughout the completion of all work orders. Schedule vendor assistance as needed. Provide oversight and review of vendor performance. Perform miscellaneous carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Install and repair various fixed and movable appliances including, but not limited to, refrigerators, garbage disposals, washers, dryers, and stoves. Manage supply needs in assigned work areas. This includes work order parts and supplies, appliances, and all construction materials necessary for turnover projects. Develop and maintain positive relations with Asbury Place managers and associates. Develop and maintain positive relations with vendor personnel. Provide feedback on associate performance for inclusion in performance reviews. Ensure work areas and assigned spaces are kept in a clean, neat, orderly fashion. Respond as the on-call maintenance tech on a rotation set by the department. Respond to emergency situations during and after normal work hours. Perform orientation and on-the-job training to increase staff knowledge. Develop and deliver safety and technical training to the maintenance department. Works with all the various power tools, hand tools, and other instruments that are necessary in the performance of duties. What is required in this position? High School graduate or GED equivalency required. Five (5) years' experience in a maintenance setting. What makes Asbury Place unique?
