Overview Seeking an experienced, hands-on facility maintenance manager for an industrial greenhouse and farm.
Job Description Create an effective work order and PM system Perform inspections on irrigation, lighting, HVAC and similar systemsMaintain and repair machines, tools and small vehiclesUtilize staff or contractors as needed Requirements Experience in a commercial setting - 5 years minimumMaintain, diagnose and repair facility systems - LT 10% downtimeHold current HVAC certificationPass background check with no felony convictions Compensation
