PAY GRADE : M FLSA STATUS : Non-Exempt POSITION OBJECTIVE : Acts as a lead worker for other employees including training, daily work assignment and review, and input into performance reviews.
Coordinates equipment and supply purchase and distribution.
Incumbents assist supervisors in the performance of work duties and with special projects and assignments.
Incumbents also perform the work of Facilities Services Specialists.

Prioritizing and assigning work; project coordination principles and practices.
Troubleshooting systems related to area of assignment.
Maintaining and procuring inventory and supplies.
Performing Multiple tasks simultaneously.

Facilitating group discussions; analyzing situations to define issues and draw valid conclusions.
Gathering, collating and/or classifying data; solving problems.
Interpreting and applying applicable laws, codes and standards.
Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE : (positions in this class typically require): High School Diploma, or G.E.D., specialized training and experience related to area of assignment and three years of relevant maintenance experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS : (positions in this class typically require): Licensing Requirements: Valid Arizona Driver's License.
Some positions may require: Pesticide Applicator's License; Freon Certification.
