Facilities Supervisor

A leading acute care hospital located in southeastern New York is now searching for an experienced Facilities Supervisor to join their award-winning healthcare team. This acute care facility was founded over one hundred years ago and today houses nearly 400 licensed beds and offers a wide variety of medical and surgical services. This state-of-the-art medical center provides a number of patient care services including behavioral health, oncology services, cardiopulmonary and vascular services, emergency and critical care, radiology services, maternity and pediatric care, wound and home care, and much more. Reporting to the Director Support Services, the Facilities Supervisor will oversee all operations within the environmental services, food and nutrition departments, linen services, and patient transportation. Primary responsibilities include coordination and scheduling of department personnel, ensure quality and patient safety across all levels, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, trains new and existing staff, collaborates with hospital leadership teams, and manages department resources. There are multiple shift options available including days, evenings, or night shifts.  What's Needed to Succeed: Experience in healthcare environmental, food and nutrition, or transport services Proven leadership experience and exceptional customer service skills Prior working experience is a plus!
