As a member of the Facilities and Physical Security team, our Facilities Technicians are responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or associate's degree in a related field preferred and 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Skills and Attributes: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, including experience with CMMS software and hardware.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Skilled in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication, customer service and teamwork skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and facilities management software (e.g.,Famis 360, FM:Systems, Planon)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and work at heights.
What You Will Do at Cambia: Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections, cleaning, and lubrication, to ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly.
Repair and Troubleshoot: Repair and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
Install and Upgrade: Install and upgrade equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment histories.
Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
Follow Safety Protocols: Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to lockout/tagout procedures.
Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, manufacturer recommendations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of maintenance activities.
Work Environment: Work primarily performed in office environment.
Travel required locally or out of state.
May be required to work outside of normal hours.
