Facility/Inventory Manager

Looking for a self-motivated person who can handle the controls on our inventory, cleaning up around the shop, minor tool repair, and running parts when needed. This position is fast-paced, and no two days are exactly the same. There is opportunity for advancement with this position.


Qualifications: Self-Motivated Organized Mechanically Inclined Excels in Communication Ability to Multi-Task Valid Driver's License Experience in Inventory Control and Warehouse Management Preferred Plumbing Knowledge/Experience a Plus Essential Duties: Controls Inventory
Communicates with Supply House in order to make sure all necessary parts arrive on time for the day's jobs Helps Plumbers keep their Trucks fully stocked Delivers Parts to Plumbers on jobs when needed Makes sure tools are properly checked out and returned by plumbers Keeps parts and tools clean, organized, and in working condition
Includes Minor repairs to tools like Drain Machines, Jetters, etc. Keeps shop/warehouse clean and organized Yard Care of Office in Summer months and Snow Removal in parking lots/walkways in Winter months Keeps up with maintenance of trucks in fleet, communicates and sets up appointments with mechanic for repairs/maintenance
Includes Monthly DOT Inspections of Trucks Runs monthly OSHA Safety Training Meetings with Plumbers Other tasks/duties that may arise within the parameters of the job that aren't listed here
