• Ensure safety and compliance with local government entities• Coordinate and prioritize department workload• Supervise, train, and develop department staff• Maintain preventative maintenance program• Manage housekeeping and special projects• Identify process/procedural improvements and cost cutting initiatives• Plan work, schedule staff and vendors, supervise work order execution
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, building management, or related experience• General maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel• Ability to work in an environment with secondhand smoke and high noise levels• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to lift up to 50-70 pounds and perform physical tasks
