Lower Colorado River Authority is looking for a qualified, hardworking and diligent Facility Maintenance Tech II to work at our General Office Complex. In this position you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of buildings and systems.You will be trusted to:- Assist with the installation, modification, and repair of building equipment and systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and life safety.- Operate and maintain central plant equipment including chillers, pumps, and air compressors.- Assist with moves and event setups.- Complete daily service tickets as assigned.- Assist with carpentry, drywall repair, and painting as needed.- Order parts and materials as needed.- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.You qualify with:- Two or more years of experience in building, grounds maintenance, or other relevant experience.- Driver's licenseYou are a great fit with:- BOMA certification- Drywall repair and/or painting experience- Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing experienceYou gain:- Competitive salary & medical, dental, vision and legal insurance- Paid time off, including time for vacation, sick and family care leave- 401(k) match up to 8% that includes a student loan 401(k) contribution program option- Life and disability insurance- Wellness program including wellness incentive- Extensive learning & development programsAnd more - all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.Equal Opportunity EmployerLCRA provides equal employment opportunities and a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
