Bachelor's degree in planning, architecture, engineering, or related field. Masters preferred.8+ years experience working on planning/design projects. Military experience preferred.A leader and teammate who can work with multiple offices, subcontractors, and client representatives to get things doneA people person who can speak and write well and is skilled working with large project teamsCan tackle big projects and get them done on timeAbility to exercise professional discretion and judgement, and a critical eye for detail, completeness, and competencyAICP Certification, Register Architect or Register Landscape Architect is importantKnows Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
