The facility specialist deliver the companys standards of customer service with each parker transaction while maintaining an acceptable flow of traffic in and out of the parking facility. Assist with the operation of manned and unmanned, automated or manual parking sites and the personnel who operates them.
Individual and team success requires a passion for client success, commitment, dedication, and leadership.
Qualifications and Other DetailsA high school degree is required.
Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
Have and maintain a valid drivers license.
Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.
