Job Responsibilities:Knowledgeable in reading audit reports & uploading the docs in Centric.Monitor factory's compliance & FE performance and follow ups on CAPA.Work proactively to plan the daily work week.Cotton traceability document collection and collaborate with production.Monitor and update audit standards.Liaison between vendors, factories and customers.Capable in vetting new facilities.Maintaining FSC certificates validity annually.Perform other duties as assigned by Management.Requirements:Minimum 5 years' compliance experience. Strong sense of responsibility.Experience in compliance and Factory Evaluation process and standard, especially for factories of active wear, sportswear, and casual wear. US market experience is preferred.Well versed and experienced in coaching vendors & factories to write CAPA.Strong communication skills. Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.Able to work under pressure, well organized individually, self-motivated, detail-minded, flexible, efficient, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills and able to meet the deadlines.CompensationAt FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Compensation Range: $85,000 - $95,000 USD
