Family Law Paralegal

Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant Our growing law firm is looking to hire a Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant who is fiercely passionate about representing clients facing one of the most challenging times in their lives.
Duties include: ? Client contact/meetings
? Preparing/filing pleadings and motions
? Scheduling
? Preparing files for depositions/trial
? Preparation of Case Information Statements (CIS)
Qualifications: ? 1- 3 years of some Family Law experience
? Must have the ability to work independently, multitask, and take initiative
? Must be proficient in Word
? Candidates without verifiable NJ family law experience will not be considered for this position
? Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
? NJ Family Law: 1 year (Required)
