Primary Care – Northern Florida Community Health Center is seeking Family Practitioners to join their team.Base salary: $200,000+ with a 2-year guarantee plus up to $32,000 in bonuses annually.4 clinic sites to choose from in Northern Florida – all are within 40-60 minutes of Gainesville (University of Florida).Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with rotating Saturday clinic (8-10 shifts per year).Shared call rotation with LPN triage.Average patient volume: 18-20 per day by the end of year one.Supervise Physician Assistants after settling in.EMR Gensuite.Full benefits package offered including paid malpractice, 401k with 5% match, CME time and allowance, 31 days of PTO, student loan repayment through NHSC or PSLF (HPSA Score: 22), and more!No visa sponsorship available.Fellowship:
