Details: Family Medicine Physician Clinical Faculty We invite you to join the multidisciplinary faculty of the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine in the School of Medicine, University of Utah. We are seeking a board-certified family physician for the position of Family Medicine Physician Clinical Faculty. You will be joining a strong family medicine faculty group and have opportunities for teaching family medicine residents, medical students, and other health science trainees. We practice in a team-based care model, with behavioral health specialists, care managers, clinical pharmacists, and others as part of our primary care team.

Manageable phone call schedules and weekend clinical work (1 in 30)
Favorable malpractice environment.
Our Centerville Clinic is located in Davis County and is one of the Family Medicine resident continuity clinics. This clinic serves a diverse population, offering healthcare services to residents of Centerville and the surrounding areas.
QualificationsBoard certification by The American Board of Family Medicine.Experience in clinical medicine, teaching, and scholarship is preferred.Responsibilities0.90 FTE – Clinical care (including 0.10 FM resident precepting).0.10 FTE – Education and scholarship.Scholarly projects.Teaching in didactic and small group formats.Mentorship and evaluation of residents.Candidates should submit a cover letter and curriculum vitae along with the application.
