Pinnacle Pediatrics and Internal Medicine is a small community based primary care clinic that is growing and looking for an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics or Family Medicine physician to join us. We are a friendly, unique, dynamic group that aspires to be a great primary care clinic that provides evidence-based medicine through a customer-oriented approach. Our method is more of the direct care model where providers frequently interact directly with their patients, while still taking health insurance and not charging a monthly fee. We believe this approach provides the best level of care while remaining affordable for all.
The position is primarily outpatient clinics with the occasional newborn rounds. We do not perform inpatient or urgent care services in keeping with our culture of a healthy work/life balance. One will be joining another MedPeds doctor and a physician assistant who also sees children and adults. Because of the small size and intimate nature of the practice, new doctors are afforded many advantages that larger health systems do not provide: a voice in the growth and direction of the practice, more autonomy in how to practice medicine, streamlined systems that quickly accommodate physician and patient needs.
We are looking for applicants who possess excellent clinical skills with a caring approach, hard work ethics with a congenial manner, strong systems base practices that can quickly adapt while staying detail oriented. This provider should be collegial, flexible, and light hearted. New hires will be compensated well with a competitive annual salary starting at $180,000-$230,000 in addition to production bonuses, 4 weeks PTO, and numerous other benefits. Partnership is also an option that can greatly increase salary well into $300,000s.
