Family Medicine (Fm)/Internal Medicine(Im) Locum Tenens

Work Dates Needed: Start date TBD. 6 month assignment
Preferred Schedule: Clinic hours 7AM-6PM, M-F
Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic.Tribal Health IHS clinic in California
Scope of Work: Provide General Physician services in an outpatient clinic setting to IHS patients. 17 - 22 patients a day with 2 CMA's and LVN as direct support staff, and a float RN as support.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license. Board Cert - preferred, but board eligible would also be considered. BLS and DEA required.
EMR: xxx
Pay Rate Preferred: $120/hr.
