$320,000 Guaranteed Salary
$20,000 bonus available (patient satisfaction/clinical outcomes)

RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS: Family Medicine - Hospitalist/EM
Modern and Efficient Rural Health Clinic and Critical Access Hospital
Hybrid role:? Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine Coverage
24 hour shifts
Week on/off and don't have to live there
Average Daily Census of 9 and usually done by noon
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Family Medicine - Hospitalist/EM
Recent US Board Eligible or Board Certified required
Inpatient care and Emergency Medicine coverage
Procedures welcomed, but not required and sub-specialists available 24/7
Quality and Patient Care Focused
