Responsibilities Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive health assessments.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.Order and interpret diagnostic tests.Treatment Planning and Management: Develop and implement patient care plans.Prescribe medications and therapies.Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.Coordinate patient care across various settings. Qualifications Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of CaliforniaNationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)Completion of state mandated educational courses
