OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team located at one of our beautiful Northern Network offices!
Our Northern Network is looking to grow by adding a new Family Medicine Physician to one our offices located in Whitehall, Hart, Shelby, or Ludington. You will have the opportunity to practice in one of these locations that best aligns with your career goals, professional interests, and lifestyle.
All offices are outpatient departments of our Trinity Health Shelby hospitalPhysician will provide comprehensive Primary Care services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditionsDevelop individualized patient care plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of careEach office offers great support staff, friendly environment, and terrific patient panelAll of our Northern Network offices offer a close-knit community feel and the opportunity to make a significant impact on underserved populationsOpportunity to teach Residents, Medical Students, and FellowsIf you are a dedicated Family Medicine Physician looking to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families, Trinity Health Medical Group in West Michigan welcomes you to join our team!
Qualifications: Open to new grads and experienced providersPhysicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.State of Michigan license required at time of employment.DEA licenseBLS certification and maintain recertification.This is an exciting opportunity for the right Family Medicine physician to join Trinity Health Medical Group.
