Additional Information About the Role BJC Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established outpatient clinic located in a charming rural community just over an hour away from St. Louis, Missouri in Sullivan, MO.
This position offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive environment affiliated with Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital that has committed to expanding Primary Care department space in 2025.
This opportunity provides great mentorship and is enhanced by the presence of a licensed social worker, dietitian and a multispecialty clinic, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients making them our first priority.

The Sullivan medical clinic is a well-established, multi-discipline physician group providing family, internal and OB care.
Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Ensures optimal care and promotes safety of patients admitted to assigned service in cooperation with the private attending staff and nursing staff.
Communicates with staff, patients, and families.
Responsibilities Manages the medical care of assigned patients.Collaborates with patients, families, and members of the health care team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.Performs and documents histories and physicals in the patient's medical record as required by hospital by-laws.Supervises and instructs medical students and residents assigned to service.
