Position Information The successful candidate will work as a Family Medicine physician at Zion's Crossroads practice, located in Gordonsville Virginia, a growing community in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The incumbent will be responsible for direct patient care and precepting 7-8 outpatient sessions/week, including precepting, teaching and supervision of residents and medical students.
Qualifications Qualified candidates must have an MD or DO and be board-certified or board-eligible by either the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians by the start date. Preference will be given to candidates who practice obstetrics, have experience with care of hospitalized patients, those with procedural or POCUS experience and have residency teaching experience or have completed a fellowship in family medicine.
