Family Medicine Physician - Boyertown, PA We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding team in Boyertown, PA.
This role requires managing a wide scope of responsibilities aimed at providing superior health care in an ambulatory setting.

This position has a vital role in our community, ensuring comprehensive care across all ages with the backing of a robust health system and using the state-of-the-art EPIC EMR system.
Salary: $235,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, ensuring the well-being of the community.Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using the EPIC EMR system.Participate in shared call schedules to balance patient needs with a healthy work-life balance.Collaborate with other physicians and staff to foster a supportive and effective team environment.Engage in continuous education and training sessions to keep up-to-date with advancements in family medicine.Minimum Position Qualifications: Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.Graduate from an accredited medical school with relevant residency training.Possession of or ability to obtain a valid PA Medical License.Motivation to actively participate in community healthcare.Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic and diverse environment.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ambulatory healthcare settings.Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.Initiative to partake in leadership and professional development activities.Skills: Expertise in using electronic medical records, particularly the EPIC system.Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform a variety of medical procedures.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Capacity to make timely and sound decisions under pressure.Skills in effective team collaboration and patient relations.Benefits: Competitive compensation package including comprehensive health benefits.Mental and dental insurance, life and disability coverage.Generous retirement savings plan with employer contributions and matches.Professional liability insurance with tail coverage.Supportive measures for professional and personal development such as CME allowances, educational loan assistance, and more.
