Asian Pacific Health Care Venture is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join the dedicated and compassionate team at Los Feliz Health Center. This center serves a culturally diverse patient population with native language support in Spanish, Thai, Filipino, Kmer, Japanese, and other Asian ethnicities as well as Hindi and Bangla. Compensation is between $260,000 and $270,000 per year Full-time benefits include: 2 weeks PTO, 72 hours personal time, 12 holidays, and 5 paid CME days Student loan repayment plan available Federally Qualified Health Center Serve the underserved populations of Los Angeles On-site language translators Dispensary and limited imaging on site Open to experienced physicians and new graduates Remote on Call opportunity The posted salary reflects a flat starting salary range with merit increases. Total compensation may include a small productivity incentive if providers regularly exceed 3 patients per hour for a month. Full-time providers receive 5 paid CME days and a maximum allowance of $1500. Other benefits are offered by the medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with state law and is subject to variation due to previously noted factors. Where You?ll Work Los Feliz Health Center is Asian Pacific Health Care Venture?s first and largest community health center. Since opening in 1997, it has grown from four exam rooms to 23, and now employs more than 10 providers. Close to Thai Town in Los Angeles, Los Feliz primarily serves the area?s Thai, Filipino and Spanish-speaking communities. With an on-site pharmacy and mobile mammography unit, Los Feliz provides comprehensive health services for all ages, including women?s health. It is a gold-certified Patient Centered Medical Home.
