Santa Monica Family Physicians is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join a highly dedicated and collegial team in Santa Monica, California. This is an outpatient role where you will be joining a medical group made up of 25 other Primary Care professionals. You will be working directly with a highly diverse patient population alongside a Primary Care physician and an APC. The medical building you will be practicing in is also in a highly desirable location within walking distance to the beach. Key Responsibilities Full-time position Outpatient care only Highly supportive and collegial team with mentoring available Excellent location in Santa Monica close to the beach New graduates are welcome to apply Compensation is between $237,000 and $361,541 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Minimum Requirements Applicants must be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
